I was very much surprised about how good this horn played. It played better then a series III and a ref 54. The sound had a very good projection and was on the bright side but not too bright.Review for legere reeds. I just got my Legere 2.75 alto sax reed in today, my first synthetic reed. It really surprised me. It is very free blowing, but mabye because its a little soft to my liking. The sound got a little spread after a few minutes, but it was a focused sound.
