The PM clarinet should have a C clarinet mpc for it. The inside top diameter of the barrel is 14.71mm and the inside bottom of the barrel is 14.61 mm. I contacted the former owner and he said that the "air volume" of the mouthpiece is what is the most important part of the equation.The Krass has a dark tone at the low end and gets brighter at the high end with a little buzz to the tone. Buzz can be controled with the selection of brand of reed. I found that high register very easy to play on the Krass. Reeds are like Ice cream. Everybody likes a different flavor.The Clarinet BBoard.
